Opening HoursExhibition: Tuesday 6 March (8.45am - 4.30pm) and Wednesday 7 March (8.45am - 4.00pm). Conference: Please view each programme for timings. Travel InformationBy Car: M6 junction 4 and M42 junction 6. Follow signs to the NEC and then signs for Health and Wellbeing at Work. There is plenty of on-site parking with a shuttle bus service to the Atrium NEC entrance. There is a charge for car parking of £8.00 per day. By Train: Birmingham International Station, only 80 minutes from London Euston and 10 minutes from Birmingham New Street. Please allow 15 minutes from the station to the exhibition hall. By Air: Birmingham International Airport is 5 minutes by taxi from the exhibition hall – ask for the NEC Atrium entrance. Assisting Delegates with DisabilitiesParking is free of charge for badge holders – please ensure that your badge is clearly displayed in the car. You will be directed to an appropriate parking point. If you require assistance from your car, please let us know. The exhibition is located on the ground floor and lifts are available to all conference areas. There are several cafes within the exhibition hall where you can purchase lunch, refreshments and drinks. As a guide, a drink and sandwich will cost around £7.00. You can bring with your own food. Eating and drinking is not permitted within conference or theatre areas. It is always a good idea to bring with a bottle of water that can be consumed anywhere on site. Cancellation PolicyIf you are unable to attend, please let us know to enable others to attend the busy conference sessions. Network membership fees are non-refundable but if you have paid the non-member conference fee and cancel in writing by emailing laurab@sterlingevents.co.uk by 20 February 2012, we will refund 50% of your fee. Your cancellation email must be acknowledged by Sterling Events. Any cancellations after 21 February 2012 are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled for whatever reason, we are unable to refund any hotel, travel or associated attendance costs.
