Assisting Delegates with Disabilities
Parking is free of charge for badge holders – please ensure that your badge is clearly displayed in the car. You will be directed to an appropriate parking point. If you require assistance from your car, please let us know. The exhibition is located on the ground floor and lifts are available to all conference areas. If you would like further advice, require on-site assistance or require any adaptations to enable you to attend the event, please contact Ben Globe on 0151 709 7610 or email email@example.com. We are always happy to help. Further information can be found by clicking the ‘Accessibility’ link on the left of your screen.
Refreshments and lunch are not included. There are several cafes within the exhibition hall where you can purchase lunch, refreshments and drinks. As a guide, a drink and sandwich will cost around £7.00. You can bring with your own food. Eating and drinking is not permitted within conference or theatre areas. It is always a good idea to bring with a bottle of water that can be consumed anywhere on site.
